Peter Beare - CEO
Peter enjoys watching sports, running and gardening and has recently retired from very active involvement in promoting Australia in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area which he did over the last 10 years. Peter represented Australia twice as a Junior Davis Cupper in 1975 (Australia VS Indonesia - Hobart) and in the Australian High School Tennis Team's tour of the United States in 1980. He received a tennis scholarship to Middle Tennessee State University in 1981 where he obtained his degree in computer science while representing the men's tennis team from 1981-1985... Vicki is an avid photographer - which ironically has become a very utilized skill set for many of our clients projects that require authentic pictures on their websites. Vicki has been taking pictures for over ten years and has an excellent eye for getting the right snap shot. Vicki also enjoys needlecraft making sweaters and scarfs for her family which includes 2 children and 3 grand children. Vicki was actively involved in radio activities and projects for over 10 years in Houston, Idaho and Nashville in the 1990's. Her knowledge of website design gives her the ability to work closely with our clients to produce customized designs to meet the needs of each business. Dana also is an adjunct instructor at ITT Tech in Nashville teaching within the Visual Communications Program. Dana enjoys scrapbooking, which she feels that it is a tactile extension of her design skill set. Dana and her husband, Keith, also enjoy traveling and spending time with their two dogs. Rosemary is Peter Beare's (CEO) sister and is based in Melbourne Australia. Rosemary and the Beare family all had a keen interest in sports as they grew up, particularly with Tennis. Rosemary has worked in various areas of Administration and looked after all the administration of our mothers accommodation booking service business until she retired. Rosemary is currently a Tennis Official, and recently retired from the secretary position with the State Tennis Officials Division to assist Peter with on-line content management & support. Founder Peter Beare has been a systems developer, a business systems analyst, and a professional services manager who has worked with companies ranging from small businesses to international corporations over the last 25 years. Peter’s expertise is in strategic website planning, design and development, website marketing and sales, with a strong background in database application programming & project management.
Design and Development Director Vicki Payne has an extensive background in graphical drawing & design. Vicki previously worked with Dell Computer Company for six years before joining BeareWare in 2005. Vicki’s expertise is in graphical web design and web programming. Vicki creates our client designs and then implements those designs into our client websites - producing stunning looking websites that provide superb functionality.
Website Designer Dana Bryson has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in mass communications from Middle Tennessee State University with a concentrated collegiate study in the field of graphic communications. She previously worked for MainStreet Media, LLC as a Graphic Layout Designer and Online Manager. She has designed several publications with her proficient knowledge of pagination and design for newsprint, magazines and advertisements. Dana shows creativity and clarity within workflow schedules. 
Content Manager and Support Specialist Rosemary Goodman works closely with clients that have a need for professional content managment. Rosemary works with clients that have specific content management plans usually requiring timely content updates as well as complex formats. Rosemary also assists in Custom Support issues that required additional project management.
